Venue Info: The Brickyard? Is This A Racetrack?

No, but wouldn't it be cool if it were?!

Unfortunately, it's just an old warehouse.  However, it's easy to get to, the parking is plentiful, and we're pretty sure you're going to have a good time.

Here's a handy-dandy little PDF with a map AND directions!   (If you're unsure what PDF means, <--- that link is the one you click to get the directions and a map.) (Also, this.)

And if you're still feeling lost, it's behind the old gas station that is now the Trolley Company.  The proper address (for the purists out there) is:
129 Church Street
Marietta, GA
30060
Where should I park?
Parking is either in the lot immediately adjacent to the venue (used by law offices during the week, but free on weekends), or on the street.  There are also several public parking lots in the area, as indicated on the map.

Can I bring my dog/rabbit/ferret/potbellied pig/monkey??
No.  Unfortunately, we can't allow animals at the wedding or reception unless they're service animals, and then that's totally okay.  And don't try passing off some blue child's vest as an "approved therapy animal uniform" on your pet goat, 'cause we've all fallen for that one before.

Can my band play on the patio?
I'm sorry, but there is a slightly strict noise ordinance around Marietta Square.

I was involved in an unfortunate accident - is the Brickyard handicap accessible?
Yes.  And we're sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident.  Unless it's the result of poor life choices, then you brought that on yourself, and we're just waiting until you get over it so we can all make fun of you.  Because we love you.  Also, I hope you get a therapy goat - those things are awesome!

I have an extremely embarrassing question to ask - should I leave it in the comments??
Um, it's probably better you email Amber.

Where To Stay

There are several lodging options in the area, and we've included a selection here.  Just click on the highlighted text to go directly to their websites.

The Marietta Hilton is a lovely hotel very close to Marietta Square.  They also offer golf, if that's something that excites you.  Make sure to mention the Amick-Bach wedding when booking for special rates!

The Days Inn - Marietta/Whitewater.  It's a Days Inn.  It's not very far from Marietta Square.

The Courtyard Marriott is slightly further away, but definitely convenient to 75.

The Stanley House is a small B&B in Marietta Square, and a short walk to the venue.

AirBnB is a great site to try, also.  There's always a wide range of lodgings to choose from!

And, of course, there are always these options.
